Relief that is built around your body, not a menu.

Every session with Diane begins with a conversation, then a plan. Therapeutic massage, cupping, reflexology and lymphatic drainage, shaped to what your body actually needs that day.

The practitioner

Meet Diane Thomas, LMT, CCT

Diane was working in timber and wildland firefighting with the U.S. Forest Service when her first massage changed everything. More than three decades later she is an expert in her field, blending reflexology, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage and therapeutic cupping into one tailored plan.

She certified through the Colorado School of Healing Arts, trained under Dwight Byers of the International Institute of Reflexology, and currently teaches at the Bear Heart School of Massage in Fort Collins. Each visit starts with an assessment, so the session fits you, not a template.

  • Certified, Colorado School of Healing Arts
  • Certified Cupping Therapist (ICTA)
  • Instructor, Bear Heart School of Massage

What a session can include

Modalities, blended to your goals

No fixed packages and no upsell menu. Diane draws from five disciplines and combines them around the body in front of her.

Hand-blended aromatherapy oils with botanicals in Diane's studio
  1. Therapeutic Massage

Hands-on work that evaluates how your body is structured and moving, then targets the source of pain or tension. The aim is function and lasting balance, not just an hour of relaxation.

  2. Cupping Therapy

Certified cupping that lifts and decompresses tissue to ease stubborn tightness, support circulation and speed recovery. Often paired with deep tissue work for injury rehab.

  3. Aromatherapy

Layered essential oil applications sequenced to work together, designed to calm stress, support immunity and reduce inflammation alongside your bodywork.

  4. Foot Reflexology

Far more than a foot rub. Reflex points in the feet and hands map to the whole body, relieving tension, improving circulation and helping the body find its own balance.

  5. Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A very gentle, specialized technique that encourages healthy lymph flow to reduce swelling, support the immune system and aid recovery after surgery or injury.

Not sure which is right for you? That is exactly what the first conversation is for.

Talk it through with Diane

In their words

Clients who walked in hurting

An unexpected lower back injury left me in near constant pain and unable to work. I scheduled a session with Diane who took the time to listen and then developed an individualized plan for my recovery. Using a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping I left my first session feeling almost no pain. After a few days of healing I was back to my old self again.
Kate Olszewski, Client for 1 year
Balance for Body, Mind and Soul helped me find a level of consciousness with my body that I hadn't fathomed being possible. I can move in ways I wasn't able to before and so many of my pains have been remedied. Thanks to Diane, I feel healed.
